Ada Growth was founded by Kosima Kovar and Matthew Ziebarth. Kosima has a marketing background and is passionate about social sustainability, having previously founded an agency focused on green marketing. Matt comes from 10 years of enterprise software experience and corporate curriculum building, with a background in data science.
