As a founding CEO of two health-tech start-ups in the US & Europe (Rootine and kiweno), Bianca has 9 years of company building and leadership experience. She has run teams, set up processes, and raised funds. As an investment committee member and advisor, she has mentored start-ups for the Founder Institute, Pioneers, and Tech2b among others. As a trained and certified coach, she supports founders to lead with courage and confidence and build emotionally healthy businesses. Bianca has been recognized on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list as one of Europe’s leading entrepreneurs, voted Top 100 Women Entrepreneurs of Europe, and Austrian Entrepreneur of the Year '16. She has also been a speaker at the German Tech Entrepreneurship Center, the University of Innsbruck – Department for Entrepreneurship, and various international startup and leadership conferences such as the Annual Global Female Leaders Conference and the hub:conference Berlin.
