Founder of Runtastic
Florian Gschwandtner founded Runtastic in 2009, and the app reached over 300 million subscribers before being acquired by Adidas in 2015. Gschwandtner remained CEO for another three and a half years. From 2020, he has served as Chief Growth Officer for Tractive. With the investment firm 8eyes, he holds stakes in over 30 companies, and his own investment firm Foxyflo currently holds another ten investments. He was part of the TV format “2 Minutes 2 Million” and published the book “How Start-up Works”. Today, Florian is back in the fitness app arena with Foxyfitness whose app “100 Push-Ups Liegestütz Coach” has already gone live.
