Educating and nurturing the next generation of female leaders and investors is Ita Ekpoudom’s mission. She began her career at Goldman Sachs, worked in product management at TravelClick and American Express, and served as a venture partner at Plum Alley Investments. As founder and CEO of the consulting firm Tigress Ventures, she brought visionary entrepreneurs together with seasoned professionals. Since 2018, she has been a partner at GingerBread Capital and, together with Lucanus, is a member of the prestigious venture capital leadership program Kauffman Fellows.
