Partner
Ekaterina epitomises the spirit of innovation and community-building in the Nordic startup scene. As a former Partner at Inventure, a leading Nordic early-stage VC, she led investments across a spectrum of domains, notably enterprise software, digital health, and conscious consumption. Before her tenure at Inventure, Ekaterina was part of the team that scaled Fjord, a prominent design and innovation firm that was later acquired by Accenture Interactive. An operator turned VC, she wants to be among the first investors to team up with founders, supporting them in shaping their teams and GTM strategies. Her commitment to nurturing emerging talent extends beyond her professional role, as she actively mentors younger professionals and contributes to initiatives aimed at enriching the European tech ecosystems. Notably, Ekaterina is Finland's only Kauffman Fellow, representing the largest network of VCs and innovation leaders in the world. When she's not immersed in the startup world, you might catch her playing tennis, skiing, or exploring Nordics' culinary scene.
