Jacob joined Calm/Storm as a Visiting Analyst to gain holistic insights and work experience in venture capital. As an intern, he supported the investment team wherever his help was needed. He was curious about innovative ideas, had a passion for driving challenging projects and was eager to learn from and contribute to the Calm/Storm team. Prior to joining Calm/Storm, Jacob gained experience in management consulting, having interned at Accenture Consulting. He also worked at a student-run consultancy at his university, where he gained first work exposure in the start-up industry, as he supported an early-stage startup in the wellbeing sector for several months. Besides work and his studies, Jacob is a passionate sailor, having competed in several European and World Championships during his high school years. Although he does not find as much time for sailing now, he still loves to spend his free time on the water. During wintertime, he enjoys skiing the Austrian Alps.
