Lisa, with a background in Economics and Finance from Bocconi University, began her career in asset management at an Austrian investment bank. She then joined Speedinvest’s Fintech Investment Team and later moved to Uniqa Ventures, where she led healthtech investments. Now as Managing Director for Hansi Hansmann and the Hans(wo)men Group, Lisa drives new investments with a focus on diverse teams, sustainability, and social impact. She also manages the existing portfolio, working closely with founders on strategy and growth, and serves on several company boards. A strong advocate for women in venture capital, Lisa is an active member of the Global Women in VC network and mentors female angel investors, sharing her expertise to help foster a more inclusive investment community.
