Richard founded Healios, his first startup, in 2012, leading it to become the largest digital health clinic in the UK for managing the needs of children and young people impacted by mental health and/or neurodevelopmental conditions, further expanding it to the US. Rich is also a board member of the Mental Health Network at the NHS Confederation.
